Cancellation & No-Show Policy

As a courtesy to our providers at 719 Revive Med Spa, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. You will be charged a cancellation fee of $25.00 if an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance or if there is a no-show.
